Affordable price good location easy to get checked in

Haha..the next door occupant was a smoker and it was sleep less night

The location,value for money, cleanliness,strong free wifi.. amenities

Mostly the environment...also cleanliness...the staff most welcome

good location, clean room & bathroom,

Water preaching is so good… and the pillow.. so comfortable…they use a white lamp and is very bright compared to warm light before.

Limited parking.

The room is comfortable and toilet is clean. There a lots of shops nearby and it is so convinience.

I guess the location is not bad, many food outlets and stalls. LOTUS is just across the road, Close to the city of Alor Setar and the magnificent Zahir mosque and other historical monuments.

The front facade of the hotel need to be upgraded especially the lobby. Not enough space for guests to sit before check in.

Their value with the facilities they provided. I’ve stayed here for more than 5 times. That is everytime when I come to Alor Star. This time around since I travelled with a baby, I booked king bed instead. And loving the space that I had.

They do not have refrigerator in the room.

Near to food stall

Room is small , hose leak , have luggage trolley but receptionist mention everything is self service .

Just staying for a very short period. I check-in in the evening and check-out very early in the morning. Cozy bed and quite clean room.

No Iron in the room. Iron located at the corner of corridor. Very small room. No wardrobe, limited hanger. To me quite costly for small room.

The only bonus was location was next to Lotuss. There was hot water.

NO breakfast provided. Room was too tiny and didnt match the price RM100 for Alor Setar. Next time I will Airbnb. If this is a Budget hotel, then label it as a BUDGET Hotel. This is NOT a business hotel. It has NO business facilities. Businessmen expect a table, chair, at least a decent breakfast so they can go out ready for a meeting, not having to look for breakfast.

The room was very clean. Although the space is small, you still have all the basic requirements in a hotel room like hot water, sink, place to hang clothes, water, soap, cups etc.The check in process was fast too. Easy to buy food

There's hardly place to pray. The bed made a sounds once you sit on it. I was expecting a small room but not that small. Not for a person with claustrophobic condition

Nothing extraordinary

Not clean. Stayed 2 nights. Don’t even clean my room. They fix neon lights inside the room window frame to have a beautiful night decorative view but it’s bright inside the room even all the lights are off. Have to boil water on the floor. The electrical plug is too low and wire is not long enough. Lift broke. Can’t go to 2nd floor.

Size was great for couples

Smells of smokes in the room and from the outside . And also decoration light at the wondow whoch cant be turn off.

Veryy comfortablee and i like the shower part, the shampoo provided is so gentle and smells nicee

The strategic location and nice hotel room.

I think hotel should change the door to the left side because when we open it, since the hand basin is there (water will always everywhere), so our footprint will mix with the water on the floor. It's a bit dirty.

Location is convenient for most things apart from the distance from work site. Lotus's is also nearby if need anything and any necessary items and food stalls and restaurants are near the hotel, same goes for the convenience stores. Room is alright, although for some might find it awkward to have the washing sink next to the room door, separate from the bathroom. Parking is available at the moment there's no need to pay anything for the parking.

Not enough plug points and the ones attached in the room is in an awkward location for putting the kettle or to use for charging phone. May need to prepare with an extension cable for the kettle to reach the plug point while the kettle is on the desk.

Hotel is big n cleaness
